PRINTS - FAQ

 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will prints come with a watermark?
A:
No watermarks will be on the print. Just the image itself. Images on the website have watermarks on them to help prevent copyright infringement.

Q: What type of material are your photos printed on?
A: Three types of surfaces are offered - paper, aluminum metal, and canvas. All three are extremely high end, museum quality products. I spent a lot of my own money and time researching & testing different surfaces to make sure you get the best quality print possible.

Q: Do you offer 12x18” and smaller prints?
A: I do not. At what I’d have to charge for a print those sizes to maintain decent margins, I felt it was too expensive for the size. Plus, a 12x18” print may seem like a decent size at first glance, but when taken in context of the entire wall its hung on, it’s pretty small. If I get enough requests for smaller sizes, though, I may think about offering them in the future.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: The short answer is between 4 and 5 business days (extra emphasis on business days).
I fulfill all orders personally, and more than likely fulfillment will happen in the evening time EST. So if you order a photo during the day, I will send it to the lab to be printed that night.
The lab will start printing the next business day, and printing takes two to three business days (depending on the size of the print). And I pay for two day shipping for you. The photo lab I use does NOT operate on Saturday and Sunday, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Q: Will you offer more of your photos on Instagram as prints?
A:
As time goes on, my goal is to have all the best shots from my Instagram page available as prints.
If you’d like one of my photos from Instagram as a print and it’s not available for purchase here, send me a DM about it or contact me using the form at the bottom of the page. Just let me know that you’d be interested in purchasing it as a print, and I’ll make a note to start working on that image with printing in mind (if possible).

Q: How is the quality of your photo lab?
A: I use one of the best and most trusted photo labs in the country when it comes to printing. Color accuracy, technician expertise, etc. are incredible. Like I said before, I want you to have the best looking print possible.

Q: Do the prints ship framed?
A: Currently, no. For metal and canvas prints, there will be hardware mounted on the back of the print that will allow for hanging on the wall. For fine art paper prints, however, you’ll have to purchase a frame on your own.
I am thinking about frames as an option in the future, however. If I offered framed paper prints, the frames would have to be custom made at the print lab, and this would almost double both the cost of the print and the production time.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A:
No. Before you purchase from me, PLEASE be sure you want to purchase. The lab I use does not offer refunds, and once your print is in production, the money used to purchase the print will have already been spent on materials. There’s no way of getting it back. If your print is delivered damaged please get in touch with me ASAP using the form below or the “contact” link in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
